- information provided when booking a conversation; and
- limited technical information required for website security and operation.

- respond to your enquiry;
- send you confirmation that your enquiry has been received;
- arrange an introductory, coaching or advisory conversation;
- provide services you have requested; and
- keep the website and contact form secure.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the website, consent where specifically requested, or applicable legal obligations.
4. Services we use
A small number of service providers support this website:
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and protection of the contact form, including Cloudflare Turnstile.
Resend is used to deliver contact-form enquiries and confirmation emails.
Google Calendar and Google Meet are used for appointment scheduling and online meetings. If you book a conversation, information such as your name, email address, timezone and booking details may be processed by Google under its own privacy terms.
Contact-form messages are not intentionally stored in a separate website database or CRM.
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area in accordance with their applicable contractual and legal arrangements.
5. How long information is kept
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
This may include the time needed to respond to an enquiry, manage a professional relationship, provide agreed services, or meet applicable contractual, accounting, tax or legal obligations.
Service providers may also retain limited operational or delivery records according to their own retention practices.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- access your personal information;
- ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
